Christmas Turkey Crowns

Our Christmas turkey crowns come from the same slowly grown, pasture-reared birds as our whole turkeys, raised here on our small farm in Hampshire.

Our turkeys spend all of their time outdoors on pasture and are fed a varied diet of locally grown grains and seasonal produce from our farm and local neighbours. Their diet includes vegetables left over from our neighbouring market garden, halloween pumpkins and apples from local orchards - helping us to make use of exceptional local produce that might otherwise go to waste.

We rear our turkeys slowly over 26 weeks, giving them time to develop natural fats and deep flavour. We're delighted that our turkey was awarded a 2026 Great Taste Award, recognising the quality of the turkeys we produce.

Our turkey crowns are a great choice for the Christmas table when you want a special centrepiece without needing a whole bird. Easy to carve and ideal for smaller gatherings, they make a delicious and relaxed Christmas dinner.
